Oxey Marsh

Some good birds were both found and missed on Oxey and Pennington marshes – stars being short-eared owl, spotted redshank, blackcap male and female, ruff, spoonbill, godwits and a greenshank morphing into summer plumage and the sound of skylarks. The trip report has been posted to the RSPB site and should appear shortly.
